This is how well the player follows tactical instructions and works for and alongside his team-mates. A team full of players with a high rating here will work better as a unit. Players with lower ratings will slack off and not ‘buy in’ to the team ethos.

Individual attribute Boroform ratings, 66% would be the average expected for the players position. For example, Adam Clayton would be expected to have a tactical rating of 66% or more, whereas his attacking rating would be around half of that. Below 33% for an individual attribute would be a significant weakness, above 70% can be considered a strength.
